RequiredJohn Lewis Elementary (JLES) a School-wide Enrichment Model (SEM) school that provides advanced-level enrichment opportunities for all scholars. Throughout the day, scholars have enrichment opportunities via online tools, small group experiences, as well as off-campus excursions. At JLES, we are rooted in our strong love for students, families, and our diverse community. We strive to develop continuous learners who embody justice, leadership, enrichment, and service by engaging in the joy of learning.

• We challenge all scholars with rigorous, project-based learning experiences in small groups
• We are a Flamboyan partner school for 2 years and have increased parent participation in conferences to 90% in one year
• We partner with the Fillmore Arts Center to provide music instruction to our scholars, in addition to Spanish, Art, PE and Library
