KIPP DC Connect Academy, located at our Webb Campus, educates children in grades Preschool through kindergarten. Our early childhood schools prepare students with the foundational academic skills and mindsets that are necessary for success in rigorous and joyful elementary schools. At KIPP DC, we commit to providing students with academic excellence, joy and sense of belonging, highly effective teachers and leaders, safe and nurturing learning environments, and a commitment to college readiness. Upon completion of kindergarten, Connect students move onto KIPP DC Spring Academy on the same campus.

Partnerships with The Washington Ballet and the Washington Youth Garden, multiple student clubs (including sports and drama club).

• We utilize an innovative play-based curriculum to develop early math and literacy skills.
• We use a social-emotional curriculum that facilitates emotional literacy, self-control, positive peer relations, and interpersonal problem solving.
• We believe families are partners in education and commit to supporting your student from preschool through high school and beyond. We offer enriching experiences, regular communication, and opportunities to elevate student and family voices.
